Consumer purchases a Castrol® Oil Change at your dealership
The Consumer scans the QR code on the dealer counter card or scans the QR code on the provided voucher. The QR code takes the Consumer to the online redemption form.
The dealer provides a RO (repair order) copy to the Consumer who takes a picture of the RO and attaches it to the online redemption form.
Consumer receives an e-Coupon via email (if provided) or via mail if the email is not provided. The e-Coupon is ONLY redeemable at the dealership that performed the service.
Consumer has until the expiration date to use the e-Coupon for the next Castrol® oil change at the dealer

REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Redeem your rebate online at www.CastrolCompleteSatisfaction.com or mail this official voucher, completely filled out and not stapled, to the address listed. No reproductions accepted. 2. Proof-of-Purchase required: Copy of all pages of dealership receipt (repair order) indicating dealership name, the price paid, date of oil change service, VIN and brand of Castrol oil. Credit card receipts are not valid proof-of-purchase for this program. FREE and prepaid oil changes are NOT valid for this program. Submissions must be postmarked within sixty (60) days from oil change service. Receipts dated before 1/1/24 or after 12/31/24 will not be accepted. LIMITS: One voucher per vehicle for each qualifying purchase of a Castrol oil change, with a maximum of three (3) redemptions per vehicle during the promotional period of 1/1/24 through 12/31/24. Expiration dates are printed on the coupon. The use of fictitious names, addresses or VINs to fraudulently obtain additional coupons is a violation of federal law and may result in prosecution and a term of imprisonment, fine, or both. Trading or selling proof-of-purchase is strictly prohibited. This offer may not be published without written permission from BP Lubricants USA Inc. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
